Made up data. A fictional agency, millbankproperty.co.uk, 2,716 emails over 109 days.
No real person, address or client is in any of these files.

Open https://olliverr.co.uk/demo/inbox-check.html and drag a file onto the first box.
Put millbankproperty.co.uk in the domain field.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
1-outlook-export.csv
A correct Outlook export: date columns present, ordinary email addresses.
This is the one to try first.
  Expect: 2,597 emails, 946 conversations, 490 flagged, 817 chasers,
median first reply 7.3h, 25% of replies commit to a day or a time,
and 61 conversations where somebody is losing patience, 20 of them
naming an ombudsman, a redress scheme or a formal complaint.

2-outlook-export-exchange-M365.csv
The same mailbox, exported from Exchange or Microsoft 365. Internal
addresses come out as X500 (/O=EXCHANGELABS/...) rather than an email
address, which is what most agencies will actually produce.
Expect: identical figures to file 1. If they differ, something is wrong.

3-outlook-export-BROKEN-no-dates.csv
What you get when someone exports without clicking Map Custom Fields.
The file looks fine and has no dates in it.
Expect: the tool refuses to produce a report and tells them how to redo
the export. It should NOT show numbers.

4-outlook-export-EARLIER-for-comparison.csv
The same mailbox as it stood on 10th July, 1,803 emails.
Drop file 1 in the first box and this one in the second box.
Expect: a "What has changed" panel, everything shown per day or per
hundred emails, a person by person table, and a warning that 54 messages
from the earlier export are missing from the later one. Those 54 were
deleted on purpose, to check it notices.

5-gmail-takeout.mbox
The same mailbox as Gmail Takeout hands it over: raw MIME, multipart,
quoted-printable and base64, and some subject lines arriving encoded.
Expect: identical figures to file 1.

WHAT TO TRY ONCE IT HAS RUN

- Click any row in "Threads that should have been a call" to open the
  actual emails behind it.
- Hover a pie slice or a bar.
- Download the spreadsheet. 14 sheets. "Threads to fix" has the whole
  conversation in the last column.
- Download the PDF report. Four pages, written, not a printout of the page.
- Copy the AI prompt and check it yourself: it should contain counts and
nothing else, no names, no addresses, no subject lines.
- Read "People getting fed up". Four of those conversations name a
complaints route. Click one open and read what was actually said, and
how long they had gone without hearing anything first.
- Tick Redact and run it again before showing anyone.
