Day 1
You send a defined data pack: high-level P&L, one-week team-time log, software stack list, top three admin pain points. Intake form takes about 35 minutes.
Days 2 to 7
I run the analysis: process-flow map, capacity scoring across six operational areas, hours and pounds tied up per leak, ranked fix list. Written personally. No template, no junior.
Day 8
